These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 360io Chrome Extension (“Extension”) provided by 360io (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Extension
The 360io Chrome Extension provides tools including but not limited to:
Text replacement
Email template insertion
Notes
Screenshots
Portal previews
Other productivity features
The Extension is provided free of charge and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
2. User Authentication
To use the Extension, you must authenticate using Google Sign-In.
By signing in, you authorize 360io to receive basic profile information from your Google account, including:
Full name
Email address
Google account unique identifier
This authentication is required to enable core functionality and ensure legitimate usage of the Extension.
We do not request or access your Gmail content, emails, or Google Drive files unless explicitly integrated and authorized by you.
3. User Data & Account Information
By using the Extension, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your name and email address may be securely transmitted to and stored by 360io.
We may store your account identifier to track legitimate usage and prevent abuse.
We may categorize accounts as personal or business (Google Workspace) based on Google account metadata.
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Extension for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Extension
Use the Extension to distribute spam or malicious content
Circumvent authentication mechanisms
We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access if misuse is detected.
6. Data Storage & Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user identity information.
The Extension does not read, store, or transmit the contents of your emails unless explicitly triggered by you (e.g., inserting templates or screenshots).
All authentication is handled through secure Google OAuth standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Extension, including design, branding, and code, are owned by 360io.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Extension will be error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Extension.
