1. SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from 360io related to your account, platform updates, product announcements, and service notifications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

7. Client Responsibility for Content
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and sharing of uploaded content. Clients must ensure all individuals in live streams, before/after content, or shared media are over 18 and have provided proper consent. 360io does not verify or monitor such content and is not liable for compliance failures.
8. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Account Information: name, email, phone number, company details, and billing information.

Clients using the Services for medical, aesthetic, or patient-related purposes are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy, data protection, and medical laws. If required, a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) may be executed. 360 Integrations is not responsible for misuse of the Services, including improper handling of patient data.
