6. Client Responsibility for Content

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and sharing of uploaded content. Clients must ensure all individuals in live streams, before/after content, or shared media are over 18 and have provided proper consent. 360io does not verify or monitor such content and is not liable for compliance failures.

7. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive promotional offers, service updates, and important notifications from 360io. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” Standard message and data rates may apply.

If required, a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) may be executed. 360 Integrations is not responsible for misuse of the Services, including improper handling of patient data.
