  • On each platform your company uses (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create a highlight or pinned section showing patients how to use the app.

  • Post 1 reel or video + 1 story/post per week for the first 30 days.

  • Post up to 2 stories or posts per week during the next 90 days.

4. Adopt Team Usage

  • Ensure all staff use the desktop platform for communication.

  • During setup, your office will confirm how many team users are required
